Center Beauty College follows and complies with the Department of Education Rules for transcript withholding.
Transcript & Diploma Withholding
Student with a balance can request and receive the clock hours for in which they have paid for. As we bill in the rear, the clock hours will only be given for the time that has been paid for the prior month(s).
Students who neglect payments due to, but not limited to, non-completion of hours, violation of conduct policy resulting in dismissal of course, or withdrawal from course may result in being turned into a collection bureau and/or actions taken to Civil Court and the student will be responsible for any and all collection fees, in addition to all moneys owed to the school.
-Students will continue to be assessed a $5.00 per day penalty for payments made after the 5th of every month.

Registration Holds
Registration holds are placed each month. Any student who owes a balance for the previous month or is not up-to-date on their payment plan on this date will receive a hold preventing next month attendance to the program.

Referral to Collections
At the end of each month Center staff will submit all past due dollar amounts over $0 to our collection department for collection. Collection agency costs, expenses, and fees may be incurred and the delinquency may be reported to national credit bureaus. Center Beauty College has the right to have a third party or private collections effort to clear any balances owed to the school.

If the balance is not cleared Center has the right to proceed in Civil Case to clear the balance.
